Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate resume information or information which is not your own accurate resume (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
Posting non-resume information such as opinions or notices, commercial or otherwise. Headhunters, employment placement/outplacement agencies, temporary worker agencies, consultants and other third parties, including any third party charging a fee or restricting complete access to all resume information, are prohibited.
Responding to any employment opportunity for any reason except to apply for the job. Communications soliciting the employer's business by our competitors are prohibited.
Posting any pyramid scheme, "club membership" or distributorship arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
Web Site Security Rules. All domestic and international job postings, annual memberships, and all other forms of advertising campaigns, must be utilized within one year from date-of-purchase.
Section 5. User Submissions.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. You must not do the following: post material that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have the permission of the owner; post material that infringes on any other intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; post material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another User or any other person or entity; post a sexually-explicit image; post advertisements or solicitations of business; post chain letters or pyramid schemes; or impersonate another person.
The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any of communications posted by other users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other Users will be at your own risk.
The Company does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to this Agreement, The Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. The Company has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities. We require these images to be high quality so as not to degrade the look of the produced artwork and cannot be held responsible for any poor-quality images sent to us by the client.Changes to specifications after the fact
The client must ensure that the specifications provided to EducationCanada.com are complete and accurate. If designs have been created in good faith to the client’s specifications which ultimately turn out to be incorrect, it will be the clients’ responsibility to cover all costs involved in making the design changes to the correct specifications.Banner Refund Policy
If purchased impressions are not met at the closing date of the campaign, the campaign will either be extended until they are met, or those impressions will be deducted from the cost of a subsequent campaign. If a campaign is booked and cancelled prior to launch and/or payment, there is a 30% or $150 CDN cancellation fee, which ever is larger.NON-Disclosure
EducationCanada.com agree that, except if directed by the Client, it will not at any time during or after the term of this agreement disclose any confidential information. Likewise, the Client agrees that it will not convey any confidential information about EducationCanada.com to another party or reveal, distribute or re-sell any techniques used to create the end product.Waiver, Interpretation and Governing Law
Should EducationCanada.com waive any of these terms on an individual basis, this shall not affect the validity of remaining clauses or commit EducationCanada.com to waive the same clause on any other occasion.
These terms and conditions shall prevail over all terms and conditions of your customary practice or any previous course of dealing between us and you. Any variation to these terms and conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed between ourselves before we commence any work on your behalf. Work, services or products are only supplied in strict accordance with these terms and conditions.
The provision of work, services or products by us is only undertaken on the understanding that you have read and accept these terms and conditions in full. By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected. This contract shall be subject to BC Canada Law. Any and all matters pursuant to this agreement are governed by BC Canada Law and are under exclusive jurisdiction of the BC Canada Courts.
In the event that EducationCanada.com is not entitled to rely on a term or terms in this contract, then EducationCanada.com may also be allowed to cancel all rights and obligations under this contract, or to hold all other clauses as valid entirely at their sole discretion.
No terms or conditions endorsed upon, delivered with or contained in the client’s insertion order, confirmation of order, specification or other document will form part of the contract simply as a result of such document being referred to in the contract.
All sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable but If you meet one of the following two requirements you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase
1) You have not logged into or accessed your account and also for employers a job was not posted to the site.
2) You have advised us of your concerns or issues and we have failed to resolve any technical issue with the purchased product.
Please note that we DO NOT make any exceptions in our policy.
Any violation of our terms and conditions forfeits access, your fees and no refund will be issued.
